If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund for any cancellation made more than 30 days before your arrival.
For cancellations within 30 days, due to property preparation and local scheduling, refunds may not be available. However, we’re always happy to explore alternative solutions whenever possible — your satisfaction truly matters to us.
